Fried Cabbage with Eggs (Kabocci Mimlija Bil-Bajt)
Ingredients
1kg cabbages
3 eggs
5Og butter
Seasoning
Wash and shred the cabbages. Boil in salted water. When cooked, drain the water. Heat the butter; fry the cabbages for a few seconds. Add the eggs. Continue cooking for 10 minutes more.
